Mission to Uganda – Get Involved

Share

As a company we’re actively involved with a handful of incredible charities in Uganda. Going back to June 2015 I (Ian) took a trip to Uganda and got involved with some of the work going on there. It was truly a life-changing time and since then we have, both as a family and as a company grown more and more involved in the brilliant work our partners and friends do in a country that has significant needs.

This is only a short post to ask you if you would consider getting involved in the work that is going on over there, maybe even come and visit the projects yourself with us sometime in the next couple of years?

I wondered if this year, your school would consider supporting the charities that we work with? We work with The Chilli Children Trust who work with disabled children in rural communities, Mission4Water who dig wells in areas that are in desperate need, and Mosaic Vision who provide surrogate parents for countless orphans.

We are very happy to do assemblies, send video ‘hellos’ from the children in Uganda to your school and can make the school’s whole involvement very personal. One of the really important things is that every penny you raise goes directly to the projects in Uganda and pays for services and help locally. No money is taken for admin at all.

Have a read of the story so far and please do let me know personally if this is something your school could contribute to.

Thanks for reading! Hopefully we can make a big difference to some communities that really need our help.
